I feel my own proposal was better to keep the forward line to start this, which finished the game on top at arse nal, and a better balance with Jarell on the left side of a back 3 (I noticed Joe DID play a hybrid version of DM in the 2nd half at Anfield.. v fALL-ham) and play Harv, as left wing half, instead of Joe
It doesn’t matter so much if Darwin doesn’t score if he continues to scare opposing defenders & create chances plus Leno, their GK made some fantastic saves as does almost every GK that comes to Anfield..
Apart from the Londoners “low block” half their side must have been trained at the Kock-nee Kane school of “diving & cheating” Andreas got VVd booked, rolling around on the floor & another referee who doesn’t book opponent players for the things he books ours!
Conor had an exceptional game, he looks like a player ! Curtis proved himself, in my book, ahead of other midfielders ; Harv, Ryan or Endo! Macca isn’t yet match fit but they all get a rest
Really don't want to hear Lfc fans moaning when we are WITHOUT TEN, repeat 10! First teamers at this time, if we can stay on top this month & get to the League cup final…well this season could top the sQUAD effort!

We mixed it up more – we want to get players like Harvey on the ball but also find Darwin and Lucho in behind. Darwin went wider and I think his speed, one on one with their full-back, made a real difference.
[On the first goal] You just want to hit an area and make it as difficult as possible for them to clear the ball. We hit the woodwork a couple of times so we had our chances as well, and we put them away at the end of the game
